Mr. Susler has served as an arbitrator in a number of cases, both commercial and tort. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association and is listed in the American Registry of Arbitrators. He belongs to the Alternate Dispute Resolutions section of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
As a mediator Mr. Susler has had eighty hours of training in both general and divorce mediation.
Mr. Susler has forty years of experience in litigating and negotiating all kinds of cases, including arbitration cases. He is qualified to serve as an arbitrator or mediator or to represent persons involved in litigation or mediation, or to asvise and assist attorneys to prepare for arbitration or mediation.
