Elder Law

 

Dan Moore is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has concentrated his practice for the past ten years in helping seniors maintain maximum personal independence.

 

As a result of his being a delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Aging and his gubernatorial appointment in 1996 to the Illinois Council on Aging, Mr. Moore has strong state and local connections for awareness and access support services to seniors and their caregivers.

 

Karen Root, also a member of the National Acedemy of Elder Law Attorneys, had devoted a substantial amount of her practices to representing clients in guardianship proceedings.

 

Miss Root has been a contributing author on probate and practice materials; has done instructional seminars to elder groups thoughout Central Illinois.
